Please follow the below steps,
Goto: chrome://extensions/
Then disable and enable "ScribeCount Extension".
Then check with setting page for loading the data.
If everything is resolved, great! If not, send us a ticket, either here or by emailing support@scribecount.com, to explain the issue, and our support team will get to work fixing the issue!
